Brief.

Complete a full external redecoration, to include the application of fungicide, repairs to render, clearing of gutters and the cleaning of rainwater goods.

This lovely detached property set in it’s own grounds with exceptional views across North Devon required some external TLC. Due to it’s exposed location the paint on the render was extremely weathered and the render itself was beginning to fail. Therefore preparation was key.  The render was sprayed with a fungicidal wash to kill any green algae, lichen etc. All cracks in the render were ‘v’ed out, filled and sealed. Any flaking or porous areas were rubbed down and sealed. All the rainwater goods with cleaned and treated, then finally two coats of Sandtex X-treme X-posure was applied to resist the rigors of the weather. The colour was mixed to match Sandtex ‘Gravel’.
